Return, Refund and Shipping Policy

At GGLily, we are committed to providing high-quality products while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards. Because we sell intimate wellness products, we follow policies designed to protect the health and safety of all customers.

Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from GGLily, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Age Requirement

GGLily sells products intended for adults only. By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to purchase these products.

Returns

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of the products we sell, most items are not eligible for return.

For the protection of our customers, GGLily cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

  • Intimate wellness devices
  • Personal massagers or vibrators
  • Lubricants, oils, creams, and topical products
  • Any item that has been opened or used
  • Any item returned without original packaging and accessories

All sales of these items are final unless the product is defective as described below.

Exchanges

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of the products we sell, GGLily does not offer product exchanges.

If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, we may provide a replacement for the same item when appropriate. Replacement decisions are made at the discretion of GGLily after reviewing the reported issue.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions before placing an order to ensure the product meets their needs.

Return Authorization Required

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from GGLily.

If you believe a product qualifies for replacement due to a manufacturing defect, you must contact our support team before sending any items back.

Packages returned without authorization or without a valid Return Authorization issued by GGLily may be refused and returned to the sender.

Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Manufacturer Defects

If you receive a product that is defective due to a manufacturing issue, we will assist you in resolving the matter.

To qualify for review:

  • The issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused except for testing the defect
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Photos or video demonstrating the issue
  • Images of the product packaging
  • The order number

Some products may also be covered by manufacturer warranties. When applicable, we may assist customers in contacting the manufacturer for warranty replacement.

GGLily reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

Order Accuracy & Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

GGLily is not responsible for orders that are delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an address error:

  • The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges
  • Refunds may be issued minus shipping and handling costs

Shipping & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, it is placed in the care of the selected shipping carrier.

GGLily is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, including but not limited to:

  • Postal service delays
  • Weather events
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Carrier processing delays
  • Customs processing (if applicable)

Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times.

Shipping Damage

If a package arrives visibly damaged in transit, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • The order number

This documentation may be required to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking information confirms that a package was delivered, GGLily is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Customers should check with household members, neighbors, building management, or their local carrier before contacting us.

While we will assist with carrier inquiries when possible, final resolution may depend on carrier verification.

Order Refusal or Cancellation

GGLily reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion. This may occur in situations including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Unusual purchasing activity
  • Payment verification issues
  • High-risk transactions flagged by fraud detection systems

Orders flagged for security review may be cancelled and refunded prior to shipment.

Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their payment methods and account information.

By placing an order with GGLily, the customer confirms that they are the authorized user of the payment method used for the transaction or have permission from the authorized cardholder to complete the purchase.

GGLily uses fraud detection and payment verification tools to review transactions for security purposes.

Orders suspected of fraudulent activity may be cancelled prior to shipment.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If there are any issues with your order, we encourage customers to contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting GGLily may delay resolution and may result in the suspension of future purchasing privileges.

We maintain order records, shipping confirmations, and delivery verification for dispute resolution purposes.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved under the terms of this policy:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider
  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable
