At GGLily, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Because we sell intimate products, returns must follow certain guidelines—but we also believe in being human, reasonable, and fair.
If something isn’t right, we’re always here to talk it through.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only in cases where an item has a manufacturer’s defect or a product issue related to the construction or operation of the device.
Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or normal wear.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned in original, intact packaging
- Include all components, accessories, manuals, and inserts
- Show no signs of use, damage, or tampering
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Defective or Malfunctioning Products
If your item arrives defective or does not function as intended due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
We may ask for a description of the issue and photos or video to help us assess the problem.
Refunds and Replacements
Once a return is approved and received, we will inspect the item and determine the appropriate resolution. This may include a replacement item, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take several business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a replacement is approved, it will be handled as part of the return resolution process.

Final Sale Items
All clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive with a verified manufacturer defect.
