Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping within the United States. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Discreet Shipping
Your privacy matters to us.
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents or the nature of the products inside. Shipping labels will reflect a neutral business name whenever possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. GGLily is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and the item(s). This helps us assess the situation and determine the best next steps.
